5 Ways Hiring a Decorator Can Save You Time and Stress

These newlyweds were completely overwhelmed by the task they were facing, and came to me for a lifeline. Here’s how I was able to make the design process much more efficient and enjoyable for them!

1 I took the time to understand their needs and wants

Having a plan to guide your purchases is a huge stress-saver. As always, I started this project with a consultation to get a feel for their style and how they wanted to use their space. It only took a short time to gather the essential information to create their dream room.

2 I brought their vision to life

It can be really hard to visualize the end result from a few paint chips and fabric samples!

That’s why I created detailed design plan that included 3D renderings of each room so that my clients could really see how everything was going to come together.

In this relatively small space, I used smaller scale pieces to keep things open and airy. A palette of deep blue, vibrant teal, and soft pink was combined with mixed metal accents and a little bit of sparkle for the cozy-chic look the clients wanted.

3 I helped narrow down the options

There are so many options out there for furniture and accessories! You can spend hours going from store to store and even longer browsing online.

I selected the perfect pieces for this space from our extensive LIVV Home Collection, saving my clients hours of time going from store to store. With everything from sofas and rugs to lamps and mirrors at my fingertips, I can bring it all to you!

4 I handled all the details

Once my clients gave the design their stamp of approval, I took care of everything from there, including measurements, ordering, and coordinating the delivery and installation. They didn’t have to lift a finger – totally stress free!

5 I bring it all to you

On delivery day, our white glove delivery team will set all the furnishings in place, roll out area rugs, install the window treatments, and make sure everything is perfect. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and know that you’ll have a beautiful new space in no time!
